Deb Wall-Smith is the founding director of Emerdee and your facilitator. Deb is a seasoned people leader with over 20 years of experience in operational leadership across healthcare and manufacturing. Throughout her career, she has built a strong reputation for fostering high-performing teams and guiding the development of new and emerging leaders.
